This group meets on the 2^nd Thursday of each month except during the summer. On that day this growing circle of mostly retired friends (about 65 people now) gathers to share fellowship, good food and entertainment. To cover expenses they ask $5.00 per person and provide a wonderful home cooked meal. The program that follows is an amazing array of information and entertainment. It ranges from writers speaking about their creative process to someone bringing live owls and discussing their rehabilitation and release into the wild. Or everyone might be entertained by a soloist, musical ensemble or children’s choir giving a live performance. The festivities begin a 12:30 in the Fellowship Hall and everyone is welcome.
